Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is set to go on the road for the first time in his playoff career as the Chiefs will travel to Buffalo to face the Bills.

Meanwhile, MVP favourite Lamar Jackson faces Offensive Rookie of the Year favourite CJ Stroud in a thrilling American Football Conference (AFC) matchup.

After their bye week, the Niners in the National Football Conference (NFC) will play the Jordan Love-led Packers, who just stunned the Cowboys in Dallas.

The Buccaneers, who defeated the Eagles at home on Monday night, will be the guests of the Lions, who just won their first postseason game since 1991.
